Individual Counseling
Sessions are relational, nervous system aware, and paced according to your safety and capacity. We work with what is actually here, the sensations, movements, impulses, and tensions that show up in the body, because that is where trauma, regulation, and capacity live.
This work tends to fit people who:
Think deeply and have tried cognitive approaches that did not reach the body
Carry chronic stress, anxiety, or quiet exhaustion
Feel disconnected from their nervous system or emotions
Experience overthinking without relief
Want healing that grows capacity, not just understanding
Therapy sessions focus on helping you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and create space for genuine rest, emotion, and self-understanding.
Concerns I Commonly Support
Anxiety that lives in the body, not just the mind
Chronic stress, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm
Attachment wounds and relational patterns
Boundary confusion and people-pleasing
Emotional numbness, dissociation, or feeling disconnected from the body
Suicidal ideation, especially when it shows up as overwhelm, shutdown, or a desire to escape rather than active intent
Difficulty resting, slowing down, or feeling safe
Modalities I Draw From
I blend somatic approaches with trauma informed care, parts aware inquiry, and nervous system regulation, always at a pace your body can tolerate:
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Attachment aware practice
Nervous system regulation support
EMDR when it feels appropriate
These approaches are integrated to support deeper awareness, emotional safety, and lasting change that begins from within.
