About Me
I am Molly Hutchinson, therapist, somatic practitioner, and someone who has sat with my own nervous system long enough to know that insight alone does not create change. I believe deep healing happens at the intersection of relationship, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.
Many of us were raised to prioritize thinking over feeling, strategy over sensation, and control over safety. For people who think deeply and feel deeply, this can create a disconnect between what the mind understands and what the body remembers. My work supports those who are ready to bring those parts into dialogue instead of conflict.
Healing is not about erasing the past. It is about relationally encountering the parts of you that learned to guard, numb, or brace so hard that they forgot how to rest. In this work, we slow down, track sensation, and listen, not to fix, but to understand and support your system's capacity to stay present.
