How We Can Work Together
Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions—maybe about what it will look like, whether it will help, or if you’ll even be able to open up. I get it. As a trauma-informed therapist in Kalispell, Montana, I want you to know you don’t have to have it all figured out or perform perfectly here.
We’ll start by really understanding what you’re going through and what you need from therapy. I use approaches like EMDR, somatic work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet you where you are and support your unique healing journey.
Together, we’ll set goals that feel meaningful to you and move forward at a pace that respects your nervous system and your story. I’m here to offer steady, judgment-free support through the tough spots and the breakthroughs.
I’m here for the hard parts, without pressure or judgment—helping you find your own way forward, in your own time.

Life can leave us feeling stuck, frustrated, and scared.

We’d Be a Great Fit If…
You’re ready to take an active role in your healing process
You’re looking for someone who will meet you where you are, with compassion and understanding
You struggle with suicidal thoughts or self harming behaviors
You’ve been searching for answers, but feel like you keep hitting a wall, despite your intellectual understanding of your situation.
You want to move beyond overthinking and analysis, and get to the root of what’s holding you back.
You’re looking for a therapist who can offer more than just talk, but will also help you make tangible shifts in how you live and feel.
Healing isn’t just about understanding- it’s about feeling, acting, and growing. If any of this resonates with you I’d love to connect.
Outside of Work…
I enjoy spending time riding my horses, hiking, and spending time with my husband and our dogs in our beautiful Montana home.
